What is Workplace Coaching?

This is a confidential and thought-provoking creative process that inspires colleagues to maximise their personal and professional potential.

What does this look like?

It can be just one package or a combination, depending on the needs of your workplace. Currently we offer:

Speed Coaching: 1 x 45 minute coaching session per employee. The employee can bring anything they want to discuss and work through. This can be work or personal life related and has the purpose of empowering each colleague to enact the necessary actions they feel are necessary for them to be the most effective team member they can be.

1:1 Coaching: 6 x 30 min sessions per person. This can be focused on senior leaders or rising talent to upskill their leadership qualities such as mindset, confidence and communication.

Workshops: Lunch Learning Power Hour: 1 x hour on zoom training session

Training: In person Senior Leadership Training for 1 x full day. Topics for training include:

  • How to better manage stress & be more resilient

  • Increasing team cohesion

  • Boosting your powerful presence (communication)

  • Mindset, Influence & Being More Confident

Who delivers these sessions?

Our in-house power house: Beth

Beth is an international ICF PCC Executive Coach with a focus on supporting leaders to enhance their authentic confidence, constructive mindset and powerful presence. She works across sectors as an external coach, consultant and trainer. She's also on the ICF UK Board furthering the coaching profession to a high standard of ethical, credentialed practice. 

Through her coaching practice, corporate experience and numerous qualifications, she's developed a trusted space with her clients where they can experiment, explore and delve deeper into their mindset to come out with clear action to move themselves forward.

Qualifications: MSc (Hons) Psychology & Neuroscience of Mental Health (First Class), Resilience Coach, MBTI Practitioner, and Mindfulness.
