N-act: Kids
Confidence, Creativity, Character – Unleashed!
These classes are electric! Purposely planned to fill children with self-esteem and unshakeable confidence- they are an investment into life skills!
Classes are available for ages 6-18, face to face in any of our N-act: Schools and online too. They last 30 minutes each and can be taught 1:1 (solo) or 2:1 (duo), depending on your preference.
So what’s the point?
We teach children wellbeing through performing arts by building their emotional resilience and promoting autonomy within their classes. This looks like:
learning through play- yes, even the teenagers!
encouraging them to explore character choices including ways of walking, posing, gesturing and facial expressions
experimenting with volume, pitch and pace to learn about clarity in speech
focus on adapting prosody skills- the rhythm and intonations of language within speech and song
Children are then invited to participate in Graded exams with LAMDA, a world renowned, prestigious Performing Arts School that gives supportive feedback to all children. Available topics of study are:

What level would my child be?
Good question! This depends on: age, experience, current confidence levels! We use our app to communicate with you and share our findings from lessons 1 and 2, to confirm which level and ultimately grade, your child will be on.
Beginners: Entry Level, Grade 1, Grade 2 or Grade 3. They typically require 1 or 2 terms of 10 classes in order to be LAMDA exam ready!
Intermediates: This is for Grades 4 and 5. They typically require at least 2 terms.
Advanced: Grades 6, 7 and 8. The content requires advanced theory knowledge, so we recommend 2-3 terms for each of these grades.
Our business is confidence, so we will challenge in every aspect of required learning so your child goes into their exam ready to unleash their awesome confidence, creativity and character. We love collaborating with parents and even invite you to classes as and when appropriate- we have nothing to hide and know our methods work both in class and eventually, outside of class too! All we ask is that you remember ‘comparison is the thief of joy’, so celebrate all wins and know we will play our part in setting up many more!
